Jennifer Buckley, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Jennifer Buckley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Brandon, Mississippi. A devoted Christian, she approaches both life and healthcare rooted in faith, compassion, and service. Jennifer believes caring for patients is more than treating symptoms — it is an opportunity to uplift, educate, and walk alongside individuals in their health journey.
She is a proud wife to Jason Buckley and a dedicated mother to four beautiful children — Javien, Josiah, Jacob, and Jada. Her family is her greatest blessing and constant motivation.
Jennifer’s nursing career spans diverse clinical settings, including long-term care, home health, medical-surgical nursing, and pre-surgical services. These experiences strengthened her clinical foundation and deepened her passion for patient-centered care. She now practices in Urogynecology, where she specializes in women’s pelvic health, bladder dysfunction, and improving quality of life for women of all ages.

Jordan A. Blocker, WHNP-BC
Jordan A. Blocker is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about caring for women at every stage of life. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care and strives to create a comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported.
Jordan focuses on pelvic health, urinary concerns, gynecologic care, hormonal wellness, and adolescent gynecology. She is especially dedicated to making a young woman’s first gynecologic visit a positive and comfortable experience, helping patients feel at ease while building confidence in their health journey. She believes in listening first, educating patients about their options, and working together to create treatment plans that fit each woman’s needs and lifestyle.

She lives in Madison with her husband and their two children and enjoys spending time with family and supporting her community.

Caitlyn Nelson, PA-C
Caitlyn Nelson, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for women at every stage of life. She believes that every patient deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered through education, creating a welcoming environment where women feel comfortable discussing even the most sensitive health concerns.
Caitlyn earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama.
She has a special interest in pelvic floor disorders, overactive bladder, hormonal health, and general gynecologic concerns. Caitlyn is passionate about raising awareness that pelvic pain, bladder issues, and urinary leakage are common but should never be accepted as a normal part of life. She enjoys helping women better understand their bodies and partnering with them to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, lifestyle, and overall well-being.
Known for her compassionate, upbeat, and approachable personality, Caitlyn believes in treating the whole person—not just a diagnosis. She values taking the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure each patient leaves their appointment with clarity, reassurance, and confidence in their care.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Caitlyn now lives in Madison, Mississippi, with her fiancé and their Australian Shepherd, Ivy. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with family, staying active through fitness and outdoor activities, trying new experiences, and living out her faith through meaningful relationships and community.
