Meet John M. Baten
MD. FACOG, FACS, FPMRS, MIGS
Dr. John Baten resides in Flowood, MS with his wife Natalie and his three kids. As a Urogynecologist, he believes in utilizing the latest technology and surgical advances to free patients from the many distressing symptoms of bladder disorders and female pelvic organ relaxation, especially incontinence.
It is immensely gratifying when to properly diagnose and, in many cases, provide relief and improved quality of life for these patients.

Jennifer Buckley, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Jennifer Buckley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Brandon, Mississippi. A devoted Christian, she approaches both life and healthcare rooted in faith, compassion, and service. Jennifer believes caring for patients is more than treating symptoms — it is an opportunity to uplift, educate, and walk alongside individuals in their health journey.
She is a proud wife to Jason Buckley and a dedicated mother to four beautiful children — Javien, Josiah, Jacob, and Jada. Her family is her greatest blessing and constant motivation.
Jennifer’s nursing career spans diverse clinical settings, including long-term care, home health, medical-surgical nursing, and pre-surgical services. These experiences strengthened her clinical foundation and deepened her passion for patient-centered care. She now practices in Urogynecology, where she specializes in women’s pelvic health, bladder dysfunction, and improving quality of life for women of all ages.
Jennifer is committed to providing knowledgeable, compassionate care while ensuring every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered.

Jordan A. Blocker, WHNP-BC
Jordan A. Blocker is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about caring for women at every stage of life. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care and strives to create a comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported.
Jordan focuses on pelvic health, urinary concerns, gynecologic care, hormonal wellness, and adolescent gynecology. She is especially dedicated to making a young woman’s first gynecologic visit a positive and comfortable experience, helping patients feel at ease while building confidence in their health journey. She believes in listening first, educating patients about their options, and working together to create treatment plans that fit each woman’s needs and lifestyle.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, Jordan values building lasting relationships and helping patients feel confident in their care.
She lives in Madison with her husband and their two children and enjoys spending time with family and supporting her community.
